Unexpected challenges during our stay

The location was ideally situated near a charming park and offered easy access to metro transport, making our outings convenient. The reception staff was consistently friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably warm at night, disrupting our sleep. Despite our requests, the air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the room. breakfast options were very limited, which left us wanting more.

Great spot with nice vibes!

We spent 3 nights here and it was awesome! Loved the comfy beds and how close we were to the subway. Breakfast had tasty options, especially the fruit! Staff were super nice, always helping us out. Just wish the bathroom was a bit roomier. a fab experience!

I had a fantastic stay in the Triple Room! The beds were incredibly comfortable with soft pillows that ensured a great sleep. The double balconies offered a lovely view and allowed plenty of natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful, especially the cioccolato caldo, which was rich and perfect for starting the day!

The elevators were tiny and unreliable.
